The Dinosculptor

Biography

Well what can i say? I am just finishing my 3rd year creating my sculptures at Dinosaur adventure and the popularity of my work is still increasing. With the help of the new owners of the park my exhibition building has doubled in size! And I have been able to expand my creativity into different areas of natural history as well as Dinosaurs, giant Insects are evolving in my workshop and their popularity has taken me completely by suprise.

It has been a while since my website has been updated but my time is not my own, production is still a 7 day labour of love (or is it insanity?) but due to ever increasing demand it is time to get things sorted with more pictures, prices, and sizes. All inquires are more than welcome and I will try me best to reply on the same day either by phone, email or text. Purchases can be made in person by visiting my exhibition or on the phone by credit/debit card, online payment systems are expensive and it is always best to eamil, phone or text to check the availability, I am still one man producing totally unique pieces so all enquiries come directly to me, I haven't quite sorted out my call centre in India yet.

Previously known as "Here Be Dragons" now known to thousands of people who visit the Norfolk Dinosaur Adventure park as "The Dino Sculptor".
After an event that threatened this art form with  total extinction I was contacted out of the blue by a local news paper (The Eastern Evening News) who has on many occasions featured myself and my work as  it has grown and evolved from a small workshop on Nelson street in  Norwich.
With help from the editor and staff of the  Eastern Evening News they published an appeal on my behalf to find new premises or storage for my ever growing prehistoric and dragon sculptures, the  response from the public was amazing, i was offered all sorts of places to store  my work but unfortunately none were suitable for the size and amount of  creatures i had, but my thanks goes out to all those who offered help.
A few days later i received a phone call from Mark  Waymouth the manager of the Norfolk Dinosaur Adventure Park  saying they may be able to help, and help they certainly did, i was offered a  huge premises inside the park, inside the building they built me a workshop with cctv so visitors to the park could watch me working, then  prepared the rest of the building for me to put my work on sale  and display to all the visitors of the park.
The reaction from the 35,000 visitors this year alone to my  dinosaur sculptures is one of total fascination and amazement, the  disbelief that each one is totally hand crafted to this size,  diversity and detail from sheet steel using only a block of wood, a hammer  and a mig welder, each piece of steel is cut by hand!
The only way to totally appreciate this art form and to understand  how much work is put into each one is to see it first hand, hotographs  don't capture things only the eye can see.
You will find me working at The Dinosaur Park almost every day of the year! even when the park is closed i am still available for sales,  commissions and enquiries. The evolution of this art form with thanks to the managers and staff  of the Norfolk Dinosaur Adventure Park has reached a new level, with plans  already set for expansion after just one season!

Interested? curious? or just want to ask a question? drop me an  email.
Mail order is available, but the prices on postage for large items is  not cheap, in most cases it is more cost effective to hire a van and collect personally.

With my deepest thanks to all involved
Keeping my dream alive in the past,  the present and future.
